Abstract

The production process of seamless steel tube is divided into four production stages of preparation, perforation and hot rolling, cold drawing and finishing, and the order planning model is established by taking five-days as the unit of time. The mixed variable neighborhood improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model, which makes the order planning more effective to guide the production planning.
