Abstract

Defense policy is an absolute thing that needs to be pursued to ensure the survival of a country. Especially in responding to the development of the defense industry in cooperation with other partner countries. Not oriented in domestic needs to meet military capabilities. The defense industry is also needed to build self-sufficiency but with a progress orientation according to the globalization era. Based on the two considerations above, it is necessary to identify how the dynamics of cooperation in the defense context are carried out. This research then discusses the military industrial complex descriptively with a qualitative approach to gain a comprehensive understanding.
