- Abstract
The aims of this research were to learn the context of community funds operation based on deliberative democracy and develop participation in the practical operation of community funds in the Yeroh community, Raman, Yala. The research was qualitative research. The data collected was in-deep interviews, focused groups both of participation and non-participation. The results of the study showed four main points: firstly, the background of this community is a simple community full of Islamic ways. Second, members enhanced deliberative democracy. Third, the practice of community funds operation relates to the principle of deliberative democracy found that set up the stage for exchanging ideas among members to seek solutions and solve every problem. Finally, issues and obstacles In which the people (members) reflected that the issue of knowledge about the principle of consultative democracy still needs to be promoted and an ongoing education campaign.
