- Abstract
With the ever-accelerating process of globalization, communication and cooperation between China and Britain are becoming more increasingly frequent than ever before. However, cultural differences existing in the two countries inevitably have various impacts on their interactions. It is of paramount significance to explore cultural diversity in Chinese-English intercultural exchanges. Based on intercultural communication theories, this study illustrated cultural differences in Chinese-English communication from the perspective of cultural background, names and address terms, and daily communicative habits and expressions.
