Abstract

As a result of climate warming, the ice and snow of the Arctic melt, which makes the possibility of the opening of the Arctic waterway increases, the Arctic region of energy exploitation's difficulty reduce, and the strategic position of the arctic improve. Because of the natural geographical advantages, the Arctic countries hope to get a more interest in political, economic, cultural, military and other aspects. Based may existing in the Arctic the Arctic countries, economic, political and other aspects of the dispute, by hierarchical analysis method and cloud model method in the Arctic economic conflicts of interest and political power game of risk assessment, analyze the Arctic National Security in the Arctic poses a potential risk. This article try to provide some suggestions for the development of China's Arctic strategy.
