Abstract

The improvement of public service quality is an inevitable requirement for promoting national well-being, safeguarding public interests, and promoting social progress. At present, artificial intelligence technology characterized by permeability, synergy, substitution, and innovation is defined as the prime mover to the development in various industries. Artificial intelligence technology represented by the knowledge graph will complete the transformation of the public service system from automation to intelligence. Based on the existing problems of public service and the technical logic of the knowledge graph, this article attempts to explore the possibility of the knowledge graph to improve the quality of public services. By discussing the technical characteristics and creation process of the knowledge graph, a feasible application scheme in grassroots service is proposed.
