- Abstract
Taking COSCO Shipping as an example, this paper starts from the influencing factors and stakeholders of corporate social responsibility. It analyzes enterprises’ commitment to social responsibility and concern for stakeholders’ interests from the aspects of government, customers, society, environment and employees. Finally, it is concluded that the active undertaking of social responsibility is conducive to the improvement of enterprise economic performance and brand establishment, and has a good impact on the long-term development and strategy implementation of enterprises.
