Abstract

This paper evaluates the decision-making capacity of the department. By analyzing a variety of the factors that affect departmental decision-making, a departmental decision-making capability evaluation index system is constructed. Based on the AHP, a quantitative model for departmental decision-making evaluation is constructed to determine the weight of each indicator and obtain the corresponding evaluation results. Based on the results, formulate effective measures to improve the decision-making capacity of the department.
