- Abstract
The problem of social public governance has become an important content of attention. The multi-objective optimization problem of minimizing the incremental cost of public governance input and maximizing the incremental benefit obtained is related to the development of social public governance. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a social public governance method based on intelligent algorithms to maximize benefits in multi-objective problems. First, under the combined optimization of different social governance schemes, the improved genetic algorithm is used to obtain multiple pareto solutions; secondly, the gain obtained by the unit incremental cost is used as the evaluation index; finally, the experimental verification shows that: The algorithm has certain advantages.
