- Abstract
The implementation of Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIIP) model to evaluate the training program of Libary Head Candidate held by the authorized institution for education quality for Bengkulu Province is presented in this study. Several methods such as observations, interviews, and documentations are performed in this study to determine how is the effectiveness CIIP model to escalate the knowledge of libray head candidate. In general, the results show that the training program could be reasoable to implement since it is consistent with standard and criteria of training program. The program also has a clear basis and purpose, which is on the same lane to the training program objectives. All candidate could be notified as eligible candidates. The results also reveals that the training program should be improved to escalate the level of training program in all training aspects, especially related to fit and proper criteria for candidate of library head in all schools in Province of Bengkulu.
