- Abstract
The objective of this research is to look at how organizational culture, organizational commitment, and compensation affect job satisfaction and teacher performance. The total number of samples in this study was 57 teachers from the Prajnamitra Maitreya Foundation in Pekanbaru. Survey data is collected using the Likert Scale. This study found that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on job satisfaction using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). Teachers’ job satisfaction has a substantial effect on their performance. Organizational culture and commitment, on the other hand, have insignificant effect on teachers’ performance. Lastly, compensation has a insignificant effect on job satisfaction and teachers’ performance.
