- Abstract
Based on the experience and data from school-enterprise cooperation of Kunming University software engineering undergraduate specialty, we propose the FDDD (five-dimension & double-driven) innovation talent cultivation mode. This paper will introduce the framework. It also elaborates and analyzes the process and effect of software engineer cultivation. The advantages and possible issues are also researched and discussed in this paper.
