Abstract

According to the classical definition, in order to relate an individual to a particular nation, the person must correspond to 4 distinctive digital features: culture, territory, economy, and language (in alphabetical order). However, as our observations and subsequent analysis show, 99 % of the country's population prefers to succeed in material terms for a short human life, not comparing the depth of reality, but merely presenting a methodological scheme for the gradation of contribution to the development of society and the reward each receives. That is, we have only attempts to observe justice in the system of the visible part of the income and expenditure of the majority of citizens, for example, by profession, status and activity of the application of labor, experience, skill, etc. But we don’t want to mention the parasitic layer in national wealth with veiled "consent" of society.
