Abstract

Based on the statistical data of Shandong manufacturing industry from 2009 to 2017, the coupling coordination degree model of physics was used to measure the coupling degree of internal and external R&D. The result shows that coupling coordination between R&D and external R&D in Shandong manufacturing industry is low. There are significant differences between 27 sub-industries. According to the results, this paper proposes the countermeasures and provides some suggestions for R&D investment.
