Abstract

This paper introduces the concept of composite relationship among enterprises, that is, the relationship between two parties in a business is composed of many simple relationships. The article defines the essential characteristics of the composite relationship, revealing the importance of enterprises should pay attention to the composite relationship rather than one-sided attention to individual simple relationship. And put forward suggestions to management practitioners on the rational application of composite relations.
