Abstract

By means of literature analysis and experts evaluation grading, this study concludes 17 major factors affecting the development of community logistics and establishes the interpretative structural model(ISM) of influencing factors of community logistics development by interpreting structure. The influencing factors have been classified with the help of MICMAC analysis. The hierarchy relations and driving force - dependence degree of these factors are finally obtained. The primary and secondary causes have been determined and the relevant suggestions have been proposed.
