Abstract

In order to verify the accuracy and rationality of the type of occupational anchors used to match the project cost positions, the authors analyzed the occupational anchor types of the engineering cost industry and put forward the types of occupational anchors that can be used to measure the engineering cost professionals. This paper makes an empirical investigation, through the combination of theory and practice, obtains the employment unit type and career development path suitable for undergraduates, and helps students to clarify the employment and career development direction, and aims to select suitable talents for the development of project costing industry.
