Abstract

College graduates’ employment is a social systematic project. The paper has analyzed the factors that college graduates’ employment in Central Jiangsu Region has good qualitative status from aspects of location advantage, policy support, school guidance, enterprises participation and students’ self-regulation, etc., while analyzed the factors that there are deficiencies for the qualitative status of college graduates’ employment in Central Jiangsu Region from four aspects of government, universities, students and business.
