- Abstract
Classroom learning is the main form of college students 'learning, occupying an important position in college students' daily time, which greatly influences the learning effect of college students. Based on the existing research on the high qualification, this paper explores the effect of perceived over qualification on college students' interest in learning, learning input and knowledge sharing, and further studies the effect of classroom learning on college students. Through the reliability and validity test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of the theoretical assumptions to test, the results show that perceived over qualification negative impact on students 'interest in learning and learning input, positive impact on students' knowledge sharing behavior. Therefore, the perceived over qualification of the classroom learning effect of college students have both advantages and disadvantages. This paper hopes to apply the research conclusion to the field of university teaching management in order to improve the teaching management experience.
