Abstract

Employment is the core issue of general concern in Colleges and universities. With the expansion of enrollment scale in Colleges and universities and the increasing emphasis of social posts on Application ability, the overall employment situation of college students is not optimistic. In order to optimize the quality of employment in Colleges and universities and help and guide graduates to find jobs quickly, colleges and universities should do a good job of scientific employment guidance, and at the same time should optimize the docking of employment guidance and ideological and political education.
