- Abstract
Some literature works and documents in the United States show the unequal phenomenon of the internal education management mode in schools. Conducting in-depth analysis of relevant literature and exploring ways to solve these problems are issues that must be paid attention to in teacher education. In general, the normal management model expresses the promise of the existing system. However, the current multicultural education and program management model serving teachers promotes the development of schools and exposes the current situation of school inequality and lacks development prospects at the same time. Based on this, this paper evaluates the oppression in schools with the creed of “ethnic key theory”, analyzes the falsehood of school innovation, firmly believes in the role of teacher education in promoting social equity and improving inequality in school management.
