- Abstract
This paper examines the role of interethnic ideology in cultural integration management. The author hypothesized that multiculturalism ideology is more positive related to group performance, relationship with group members, intercultural interactions and group climate than color-blindness and assimilation ideology. The group performance and intercultural interactions hypotheses are supported by the experiment results. The mediation role of attitude toward culture integration was also testified.
