- Abstract
With the improvement of the overall quality of the labor force and the slow-down development of economic growth, the employment opportunities that the society can provide can not keep up with the growth rate of people's employment demand. More and more people have to accept low-demand work, and there has been a phenomenon of “overqualification” over the world. This paper reviews and combs the existing literature at home and abroad from four aspects: definition, structural measurement, antecedent research and impact results, and constructs an integrated analysis framework with overqualification and future research directions. Suggestions and prospects are presented to provide a reference for future research directions.
