Abstract

Community mediation is an important part of city community construction in our country nowadays, it is not only related to the vital interests of the residents of the community, but also directly related to the order and community construction, which is related to the development of social order and stability. Through the investigation of urban community in X Province, this paper finds that community mediation is faced with weak support of legislative support, lack of autonomy of community mediation, lack of support for financial support, and the lack of full-time mediation of mediation team. It is necessary to improve the self-organization ability of community mediation and expand the funds of community mediation through legislation. Channels, various aspects of human capital and so on to improve, and promote the healthy and harmonious development of urban community construction.
