- Abstract
Organizational effectiveness refers to the efficiency and work ability of a certain organization as well as a measure of work outcomes. Evaluating the operational efficiency of the organization could provide a solid guarantee for the improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises. This research mainly includes a literature review of organizational performance evaluation indicators, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent construction of organizational performance evaluation models.
