- Abstract
This study uses the principle of differential game theory to explore the security investment decision and coordination strategy between cloud service providers and users. The Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation is used to determine the equilibrium solution for non-cooperative decision making and cooperative decision making. These solutions are then compared, analyzed, and simulated. The results show that under collaborative decision-making, cloud service providers and users reach the highest level in terms of optimal security investment, system security and total system revenue, reaching Pareto optimality. These findings provide valuable theoretical insights to guide security investment decisions for cloud service providers and users.
