Abstract

Internet plus" era, the traditional pattern of college students is its shortcomings, this paper from the sociological perspective and point of view, universities in Shaanxi as the research object, in the management of college students is the focus of the study, from the social work theory, based on the full analysis of the present situation of the work of college students and the insufficiency, the social work education goal, education idea and method of work involved in the work of college students, combined with the characteristics of student management, through the perfect top-level design guidance mechanism, construction of quantitative evaluation system, improve the practical liberal education mode, innovative forms of identity innovation field, multi site education and construction of students "- School - family - Community" system of social work model and seek the government's assistance and support strategy, explore University Students' work innovation path.
