- Abstract
This paper explains and demonstrates how to enhance college students' better understanding for Western culture and cross-culture differences by strengthen English literary reading practice and instruction intentionally. It aims to effectively improve college students' awareness of literary qualities and other virtues by reading according to new requirements nowadays for humanistic education.
