Abstract

This paper introduces the data security and privacy requirements of cloud computing, including the research background, solutions to problems and research status. Emphatically introduces the Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) in the cloud computing research progress in the field of data security. FHE mature technology will greatly promote the development of networking and cloud computing.
