Abstract

From the practical war on drugs, it is well recognized and agreed to implement the policy to reduce damages of drugs in theoretical level as well as practical level. Since there are many similarities between the war on doping and the war on drugs, it means that the developing trend of these two types of war appears to merge. Following the damage reducing strategy adopted in the war on drugs, researchers may find some alternative methods towards the war on doping in sports in the future.
