Abstract

IPR has an important meaning, this is because with IPR a copyright can be valued economically and non-economically, however, economic pressure has made various parties irresponsible to make a living through piracy and other copyright infringement. So it needs to be discussed more deeply related to the Disposition of Justice in the Protection of Economic Rights in the Perspective of Law no. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyrights Based on the Value of Justice. The method used in this article is sociological juridical.
