Abstract

This electronic document summarizes the concepts and characteristics of Informationize Projects (IP) in Across- area implementing (AAI) first. Then state and analyze the communication problems along life cycle of VTP in AAI, from starting, developing to implementing. Finally propose relevant communication mechanisms of resolving tactics which include structure mechanism and procedure mechanism
