Abstract

This paper focused on the question of measuring process capability index under the Beta distribution. First of all, analyze process capability index under Beta distribution, get the equation of process capability index. Then, in order to know the effects of process capability index on process capability, established the formula of P C PU C and PK C . At last, based on bootstrap method and Monte Carlo method, do statistical simulation on estimated value of process capability index.
