Abstract

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to further promote the four comprehensive constructions, including comprehensively implementing the rule of law. The rule of law requires the people to believe in the law, and the judicial credibility is an important guarantee for the formation of the rule of law. The paper discussed the problem from the aspects of concept and characteristics of judicial credibility, foundation of judicial credibility, function of judicial credibility, the reasons for the lack of judicial credibility in China and the ways to improve it.
