The process of crisis formation of a top-manager appears on the basis of his mistakes; still critical remarks at the first stage are not taken seriously. The markers for the fall of the leader's authority are: selection of personnel on the basis of personal devotion, neglecting professional interests, ignoring the achievements of individual specialists, etc.
