Abstract

In this paper, the grate bed temperature field distribution state was simulated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. Then, a spatio-temporal coupling fuzzy control method for grate bed temperature field control was proposed. Finally, experiments were conducted on a 150 million tons pellet production grate. Experimental results showed that the grate bed temperature fluctuates within 5 .
