- Abstract
The article examines the problems of legitimizing the dependence of some protected results of intellectual activity on others. The problem of homogeneity (linear dependence) and heterogeneity (nonlinear dependence) of the dependent result of an intellectual activity with the main result is solved. The problem of the existence of multiple dependence is revealed, i.e. the existence of groups of patentable technical solutions with features in the range of essential features of the main invention.
