Abstract

The article defines the dynamics of changes in labor productivity and wages of labor resources, identifies aspects of the structural imbalance of employment. In general, at the present stage of development of the economy and the labor market in Russia, there is a conservative nature of employment, low intersectoral mobility of labor. Such phenomena is undoubtedly reflected in the general tendencies of the change in the nature and degree of productivity in the direction of restraining its growth.
