Since the Memetics was introduced into China, scholars have applied it into each aspect of English teaching such as listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. Whereas it needs to integrate each aspect of college English teaching together so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating students' English application abilities in an all-round way. In this research, we establish an “integrated teaching mode of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating” and make the corresponding empirical research. The result of the research shows that the new teaching mode can cultivate better learning habits for the students, effectively enhance students' interest in learning and improve their learning motivation and academic results. As a result, their comprehensive application abilities can be totally enhanced.
