Abstract

The steel distribution logistics is a bridge to connect the steel enterprises with the terminal customers. In recent years, the difficulties caused by its distribution center are the most serious problem, which is mainly reflected in a serious of problems, including the large number of links faced by the operation of the system, the scattered location, the high cost, the need for information to be transmitted step by step, the low resource sharing degree. In order to evaluate the operation system of the sales logistics distribution center in steel enterprises, this paper puts forward to apply AHP method to select four indexes as the basis of the evaluation and judgment.
