Abstract

This article presents the author’s study results of consequences of the economic crisis affecting the social and professional community of higher school lecturers. The study was carried out on the basis of the Urals Federal University inside official statistics data, on the research of post graduate students of the Urals Federal University of STEM-direction training, on the author’s study of young lecturer’s potential and on the expert interviews data.
