Abstract

This paper presents a non-linear model for synthesizing result of human resource appraisement. According to the degree of influenced by position of human resource’s basic diathesis, appraisement factors are divided into two parts in this model, i.e. dominance index and recessive index. While the result of dominance index confirmed, whether human resource is competent for the position or not that is decided by the recessive index, and the relation of related competence to recessive index is non-linear.
