Abstract

The article reflects the organizational and economic methods and approaches to the organization of labor in industrial clusters, provides an analysis and systematization of the views of foreign and domestic scientists and practitioners on the concept of “cluster”, analyzes the implementation of the program-targeted approach in the development and organization of labor in industrial clusters, reveals features functioning, labor organization, requirements for a modern employee in the conditions of interaction of enterprises in the industrial regional cluster.
