Abstract

The system of essential services is a network of interrelated principles, methods, and tools aimed at achieving and maintaining a certain standard of living in the social and personal space and at providing comfort in the space of life. Such system solves the task of providing conditions, resources, and benefits for the realization of crucial needs and interests of citizens. The design of a smart system of essential services is based on the meanings of human-centrism, integrated with the principles of the organization-centered system, a combination of technologies and principles of traditional and professional sustenance systems. Such a system has the qualities of flexibility and situationality; it is scientifically grounded and implies the participation of citizens in organization and improvement of their lives.
