- Abstract
Internet presents itself special space of the communications, in which are formed new structured relations and communication relationship. The Communications in sphere of the services are not only information-saturated by process, but also influence upon waiting the consumers and perception them quality of service. The Purpose of the study is a revealing the features to communications internet-space, as well as revealing the particularities to communications with consumer in sphere of the tourism. The main channel to communications in internet-space are: sites, search systems, portals review, video-channels, article and publications in mass media, contextual advertisment, social networks. The Communication must be directed on shaping the consumer behaviour through organization of the interaction, receptions of the impressions, receptions of the social experience, shaping of valuables and glance. Since interaction in интернете carries the voluntary nature, that appears need of the separation of the particularities marketing communication, reflecting in the aggregate possibilities, which necessary to use, and threats, requiring decisions. The studied particularities and trends of the development internet-space have allowed to formulate the principles of the interaction with consumer: territorial and information accessibility, personalizations, feedback, интерактивности, technical suply, safety and protection personal data.
