- Abstract
At the present stage of economic development, issues related to the use of digital technologies come to the fore. The article substantiates the need to develop a model of economic management in the digital market, aimed at ensuring the coherence of information resources of the territories of the Russian Federation. The authors present an algorithm for the integrated assessment of socio-economic indicators of the life quality of the population on the example of the largest urban municipalities of the North-West Federal District of the Russian Federation related to the Arctic zone, based on the available information
