Abstract

In view of the current electronic equipment modular direction development, timely understanding of electronic equipment running status, to prevent failures and shorten the maintenance time, adopt the method of fuzzy membership function, and to quantify the fuzzy state of the equipment, introducing the credibility factor and the fusion algorithm to deal with the above data, according to the automatic test equipment (ATE) measured data and expert experience, the method are verified.The experiments show that this method is feasible and effective, for the fault of electronic equipment has high forecast accuracy.
