- Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work culture and principal leadership on teacher work discipline. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at SMPN in Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The population in this study were 134 teachers, while a sample of 100 respondents was taken using the 5% Slovin method. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used the t-test, the F test, and the coefficient of determination (R Square) with calculations using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the t-test and f test showed that the influence of work culture in the good category amounted to 48.95%, the influence of the principal’s leadership. in the good category amounted to 53.15% and the work discipline of the teacher was also in the good category, amounting to 46.16%, while the results of the R Square analysis showed that the influence of work culture and principal leadership on teacher work discipline together was 36%.
