- Abstract
This study aims to produce a guide for Surabaya culturally charged groups that meet the acceptability criteria: usability, feasibility, accuracy, and decency. This type of research adapts Borg&Gall’s development research with the procedure up to the 7th stage. The field test is two guidance and counseling lecturers, while the user test is two school counselors. The data analysis technique used the percentage technique. The Expert test on Expert 1 from the BK lecturer showed a final score of 89.09%, which means that the two guides have met the very acceptable criteria. The results of the expert test 2 with BK lecturers got a figure of 92.2%, which indicates the criteria are excellent. The results of the user 1 test with school counselors/BK SMP teachers get a final score of 87.05% with very acceptable criteria. Results Users obtained the final result of 76.64% with excellent criteria. Based on the results of expert and user tests, it can be concluded that the developed guide has met the criteria of being very acceptable.
