Abstract

This work adopted literature consultation, specialist interview as its research methodologies. With the globalization of leisure sports and substantial emergence of market capital, some measures were taken to meet capital market's demand for high-level professional managers in leisure sports. For example, Sichuan Tourism University specified the internationalization, marketization, specialization, application orientation and comprehensiveness as the key elements. Besides, it systematically analyzed the innovation and practice of cultivation orientation, mainline and methods.
